Open to all Africans and allies aged 18+ (exceptions for accompanied minors). No prior climbing/cycling experience required, but training is recommended.

The 7-day Lemosho route (moderate difficulty) ensures high success rates. Acclimatization hikes and medical checks are mandatory.
